The Adobe PDF reader doesn't come with tools that will allow you to split and merge PDF files. If you like that functionality, there is a nifty little free app called "PDF Splitter and Merger" from "AnywaySoft" that you can download for free from the Microsoft Store in Windows 10/11.

Open the Microsoft Store. Search for "PDF Splitter and Merger" and find the application from AnywaySoft. Install the application and you can start merging and splitting PDF files with the App..
