ОтветитьI would only recommend this as a last resort to get your sleep pattern back on track. Reishi mushroom extract. I forage for wild north american reishi , ganoderma tsugae and make my own tinctures. I decided to experiment on myself using the tincture as I kept hearing how it aided in falling asleep quicker and a more restfull sleep and , for me , it definately worked. Ia' firm believer in being outdoors , excercise , and eating right . especially in the evening , but reishi can help.
