So you wait with annexing and annex everything at once, and then core it in the 9 months the rebels get to 90% progress but then the progress is stopped because your cores finish?

I am so confused. How tf did he get all those buffs by the 1470s, why doesn’t he continuously get rebels from provinces that ain’t his c7lture and religion? How can he survive the AE? Even with the added +200 relationship bonus.

Reducing coring time below 10 months and then coring everything at once is actually pretty genius. I never thought about the fact that you could just ignore unrest for 9 months as long as it drops back down below 0 after that.

I will try doing that as Hindu Mughals in 1.32, as they can very easily achieve coring times of 6 months, I won't be able to core 3000% without being horde but 1000% OE should be doable, which would still be a new record high for me, before I maxed out at about 850% and I just kept being overextended so much in that run that all rebel factions eventually fired and my country was stable again that way, it works but it's not fast and it's an annoying amount of events and micro.
