The physicality of matches back then were brilliant, really sets a part how good wrestling was then compared to now. They barely touch eachother these days and its very obvious.

It's impossible to imagine professional wrestling in the 1990s without Bret Hart. He was to wrestling in the 90s what Hogan was to wrestling in the 80s. Although Bret is recognised and honoured, that recognition isn't quite as high as it should be because McMahon spent years trying to diminish and stain Bret's reputation, and because Bret was unable to retire on his own terms thanks to that gorilla Goldberg. There was no bigger or better rivalry in WWE than Bret v Shawn, and both had their careers hugely enhanced from their feuds with the other. Bret will always be my favourite wrestler because no one can really eclipse a childhood favourite, and Bret was that guy for me and almost everyone I knew. I love the interviews Bret does now, without any hint of arrogance and bitterness. He seems to be in a good place and it's great to see him give rivals credit, and accept other points of view.

Triple H got to where he is because of HBK and Stephanie.

I will always remember Wrestlemania 3 when Jim The Anvil Neidhart slammed Andre the Giant in hell in a cell. It was so awesome to see Miss Elizabeth run in the ring after the match ended to put Andre the Giant in the pile driver.

Other than Lesnar, Brett makes thing look more realistic than anyone. Lesnar only beats him out due to actually beating the hell outta opponents

HHH and Shawn michael are prime cheaters

The final year of what I roughly consider the golden 10 year stretch in pro wrestling. The screwjob was almost like the climax to that greatness, as well as the most authentic rivalry in WWF (Hart vs HBK). I think the attitude era, while great in its own ways, represents a downhill in authenticity, plus I'm not a big fan of those "Limp Bizkit" years in terms of pop culture.

Those moves done by Bret are soo precise, like the Russian leg sweep or headdrop always gets me how he doesn't hurt people with moves like that which looks painful or the sharpshooter, That hurts the back and legs.
