they fixed the screen scratching in the later batches and new productions, it was the foam screen protector causing the scratches, which they have now changed
ОтветитьHope the manufacturers will come out 144/165Hz OLED for 1440p & 1080p display.
Ответитьits brightness is very strong i didn't like it i went from a va to an Ips the difference is gigantic and the black of the ips is bizzaro my eye is burning with so much brightness
ОтветитьDear friends, HyperX has released two monitors, yet there hasn't been a review of them until now. In some countries, it outsells any other brand due to its competitive pricing. Please, do a review of the 25 and 27-inch Armada models for us. We appreciate your work.
ОтветитьÉ muito bom ter uma empresa como a Rtings para nos esclarecer e auxiliar em nossas compras, com credibilidade e experiência no assunto! Muito obrigado. 😎👍

ОтветитьBest FPS monitor ever
ОтветитьIs this model using the 3rd Gen Samsung QD-OLED?
Ответитьso is one destined to get this one instead of the asus PG27AQDM
Ответить"Watches the AW2725DF review on own AW2725DF monitor"... perfect!
ОтветитьDo i need a 4090 for 360 fps wqhd gaming ?
ОтветитьSo it’s $300 right?
No? $900!?
Oof… I’m more interested in something less pricey.
Ordered it 2,5 weeks ago from the dell shop. It arrived, i loved it. 2nd day it died. I was able to send it back. I was lucky having a real person on the phone. But after that the support and communication are a mess. I dont even know when I might get a new one... not even a hint.
ОтветитьTrying to decide between this & a 4k monitor. Spending 1k on a 1440p seems wrong.
Edit: went with the aw3225qf. Correct choice. 4k oled 240hz is amazing
The website says its got an HDMI2.1
Ответитьwhat about : Noticeable VRR flicker with changing frame rates.
ОтветитьI have the 360hz model. I love it so much.
ОтветитьGot mine today. No scratches. Really happy with it.
And yes I used a flashlight to check.
had mine for a month, no issues..great monitor...just need a 27inch oled with 4k...anyone worried about buring, go back under your rock
ОтветитьThis is way too dim. Damn, I wish micro-led would already be made. But it seems Samsung is taking their sweet time with the tech to sell out all QD-OLED and Mini LED screens....
Ответитьi ordered that monitor because it has lowest price and same panel as much expensive other 2 monitors samsung and msi... I can't wait to get it. When i saw reviews everyone is happy... but today people need kvm and other futures like 2.1 for console... i do not know why they buy pc monitor for console when you can have oled 55 inch screen 120hz... to game with gsync compatible with dolby vision there is no need for kvm and 2.1 hdmi max support.
Ответитьif the review doesnt say if its glossy or matt im sceptical
ОтветитьOn the official website of the monitor it says hdmi 2.1.
ОтветитьI keep hearing this doesn't have HDMI 2.1, is there an error on Dell's website? Because it says it includes the HDMI 2.1 port.
ОтветитьGreat review. Unfortunately this tv is terrible with the ps5 regardless of ALL settings. Tearing and blurry motions in all resolutions. Bought this from high reviews on your website, but this tv was quickly returned. I guess for the sub 1k price on a 55” I can maybe ever so slightly understand the high ratings you guys posted for this tv.
Keep up the hard work and glad you guys are doing all of this research 😃
where is section related to VRR flickering? XD
ОтветитьCould you please tell me which one is better:
1. Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725DF
2. Samsung 27" Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) QHD 360Hz
3. MSI MPG 271QRX QD-OLED
They have the same panel. But still not sure what to buy.
Or maybe that one:
4. LG 27" UltraGear (27GR95QE) QHD 240Hz
Honest review here. Had this 2 days playing mw2 on xbox series x. The picture after finally settling on one is subpar. My Gigabyte 28q Pic look 2 times better. However, the smoothness is way better on AW2725DF.
I will never buy another expensive monitor. I'll stick to 2 to 4 hundred dollar range
Please review these monitors
Lenovo Legion Y27qf-30 , asus xg27acs
Thanks
I just got mine today and it has HDMI 2.1. Correct me if I'm wrong but, I think the review is mentioning that it lack 2.1 bandwidth meaning lack of the 2.1 and having a 2.0 one or the 2.1 doesn't supply its full bandwidth... I got confused. Let me know if that was a mistake on your side or I just got AW2725DF with newer revision or something as it has the 2.1 HDMI.
ОтветитьWhats the best settings to use on this monitor for PC gaming? Got mine a few days ago and have been trying different presets but not convinced 100%
ОтветитьLove it, though I can't seem to use 720p 360hz for some reason (using in 1 particular game which doesn't scale the UI properly)
Anyone know a workaround?
I received this monitor today. The black bars that are from the monitor side, are not even, they are simetric. Is this a defect? Does this happend to someone else?
ОтветитьGreat video! Hopefully you will be able to answer just one question I have however. J purchased this monitor the other day, I play mostly FPS games as well as some horror games and survival games, will I be able to just unbox this monitor , plug it in and put it on the creator mode and I will have a good OLED experience? Or is there more that I have to tweak for a good experience?
ОтветитьHi, do you think its the best for inputlag ? I search the faster in 1080p/1440p 240hz/360hz.
Asus pg27Aqdm, odyssey g6, Asus pg248qp, aw2521h look good too. For you what is the speedest for fighting game ?
I have a question if i want the best inputlag, it is interesting to add input + respons time ? If yes an oled with 2.5ms input lag and 0.2ms respons is more reactive than a 1.7ms input lag and 3ms respons time ? Thanks and thanks for your YT and your website.
I look your website and i compare for many month but i would like to have your opinion 🙏
I forget to precise i play on pc only*
It would be helpful if you mentioned that this thing uses pwm dimming, not dc dimming. So get ready for migraines, and serious eye strain of you're sensitive to that (about 25% of people are) .
ОтветитьThe Dell S2522HG was my main monitor for a solid two years, but about a year ago I bought a KTC H27T22 to use as a new main monitor because I was getting tired of 1080p, and the KTC has been great! thought about getting an oled, but I really don't need anything better
ОтветитьVESA mount?
ОтветитьHow would u compare this to the Samsung g6 oled for 800$
Ответить360hz with freesync premium pro + vesa adaptive sync
VS
165hz with freesync premium pro + vesa adaptive sync + gsync compatible
How much ambient light is to much? Does it lose black under normal living room celling light
ОтветитьIs there an updated version of this monitor? The one I purchased from dells website show’s under tech specs that it has “1 x 2.1 HDMI port” under display options?
ОтветитьDell AU website reporting this monitor (AW2725df) has HDMI2.1 now
ОтветитьWhen I have HDR I feel like the screen is really dark.. but it doesn’t allow for me to change the brightness because HDR is on… do you know how to make the screen brighter while using HDR?
ОтветитьWould you get the 360hz if you have a series X?
ОтветитьWhat is best settings for this Imo it looks great outside of box calibrated properly this time
Ответитьcan this monitor be used with 4070 super?
ОтветитьI have it. Sadly, it also suffers from vibrating vertical lines, like many 3rd gen QD-OLEDS do ...
ОтветитьCould you please review RedMagic 4k GM001S monitor with 5088 dimming zones.
ОтветитьOn dell website they added this : "The USB-C port on your Alienware AW2725DF supports USB Power Delivery, Data, and DisplayPort video signal. The USB-C port can be used for video and data signals, and supply power (90 W) to a compatible laptop using a single USB-C cable that is provided with the monitor." Does this mean it now supports display output usb C? they even give the usb c to DP cable with the monitor lol
