Hello EasyTechGeek: I just ran your procedure step by step and it shows that the system is clean. However, my problem is that my Bluetooth ON button disappeared. I cannot see it in the Device Manager until I hit 'View' and 'show hidden files' then it is there but it does not do anything. I have updated the Intel driver but to no avail. my computer is desktop HP and I am running Windows 10. Can you please help? I have watched and tried several videos but nothing seems to turn the bluetooth ON.

Soooo..... I followed every step in this video except for the Malwarebytes part because I never got a chance to get to that stage. After disk cleanup and deleting the temp files I've lost my desktop and taskbar icons in both regular and safe mode, only my wallpaper shows up, I can't run task manager or anything else for that matter, and can't click anywhere because the blue loading circle never goes away. I'm not joking or trolling at all. Anyone know how to fix that?!

the 3rd step doesn't show reset on my laptop. only apply, cancel and ok when i typed inetcpl.cpl and went over to advanced along with restore advanced setting.

You’ve explained so well… but my laptop isn’t able to recover from virus! This is some sort of weird virus in which / cursor automatically occurs when typing :(
