Made it and it was great! just bought your seasonings too
ОтветитьBeautiful Chuck Roast, I have not seen any like that lately.
ОтветитьI’m telling you now that this man knows his stuff!!! I found you when I was looking for a good meatball recipe. By the way, AMAZING meatballs! Thank you! But this roast and veggies in our Lodge bakeware for 5 hours at 275, was the absolute best one yet! I didn’t have your spices you used, but I did go in on the meat with the old standby Lawrys, some extra garlic powder, onion powder, and ground pepper. Worked beautifully!
ОтветитьI’m salivating
ОтветитьLove everything you cook 👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьI'm making this today
ОтветитьBeef roast, potatoes, carrots - perfect! But 5hrs in the oven for celery?? - I'm always baffled why folks throw everything together and think it cooks at the same temp + time without denaturing it. Similar to everyone that throws in raw beef, onions, tomatoes in a dutch oven at the same time
ОтветитьI loooove coming to rewatch his recipes. He has such a soothing dad voice you just feel like you’re listening to dad give you the secret recipes and make you feel like you got this lol. 👏🏽👏🏽✊🏽🙌🏽
ОтветитьI love to add a little sour cream, dashida, jalapeño, and Dijon mustard to the braising liquid. Had to keep the kids from drinking the sauce lol
ОтветитьI don’t see the alternative for the seasonings? Can you help me
ОтветитьBro, we ain’t even gonna tell you nothing that’s how you cook😭🙌🙌
ОтветитьI was going through it one time and I didn't have the seasonings I thought I wanted but I used some of that oxtail seasoning from spice King as a as sub a can of stewed tomatoes and two beef ramen noodle packs it was accidentally some of the best i ve reied
ОтветитьI tried this recipe and it was GREAT!!! I loved making that gravy and that beef bouillon does take the taste to another level.
ОтветитьWhere the butter come in at?
ОтветитьIf I'm on a stove top, should I have a medium heat for 5 hours for the same size roast?
ОтветитьThis guys voice sounds so Annoying holy crap😭
ОтветитьThat slow mo gravy money shot 😂👌🏾
ОтветитьThat look damn good Im glad I ran into your videos
ОтветитьI add red wine
ОтветитьOmg !!!! I’m hungry now !!! Lol. Great job !!!
ОтветитьUnk almost couldn’t control himself lookin at his pot roast
ОтветитьOUTSTANDING!
ОтветитьLooks AMAZING 🤤
Ответитьid love to have a instrumental of mine on one of your videos
ОтветитьI cooked mine at 325 degrees but added the veggies in halfway
ОтветитьLooks sooo delicious!
ОтветитьThe directions was easy my roast was so good!
ОтветитьA beautiful meal can't wait to try this
ОтветитьMy wife came over when the music changed because of the gravy 😂😂😂😂 She loved the dish though.😉😉😉
ОтветитьI bought an Instantpot 11 in 1 Duo plus air fryer so I am going to experiment how to do this with just my set up. I can saute the meat in the pot then turn it to pressure cook and change it to slow cook! Thank God I am slightly old and know some things! I just don't want to run my gas oven for 5 hours because I would rather use my electric since I have solar panels I figure it's cheaper that way!
ОтветитьGot mine in the oven right now thanks brotha! 💯
ОтветитьI did a whole chicken instead of a chuck. I have friends who don't eat red meat. The chicken worked great. I used chicken broth instead.
ОтветитьWhat sides can you make with this? I seen someone say mashed potatoes but it's already potatoes in it..
ОтветитьI’m in here cooking like a chef now!!! AB got me on point!!! Love the walk away money shot at the end!! ❤️
ОтветитьLooks good. I do the same with my meat but I transfer it to my cast iron pot and place it in the oven to finish cooking. Next, I add my vegetables seasoned and add a little flour or cornstarch. Cook for 30 - 45 minutes and serve with buttered rolls or cornbread. I love this channel awesome recipes.
ОтветитьMade this for Christmas, this year for the 1st in my life and everyone loved it!
ОтветитьLooks great
ОтветитьYummi
ОтветитьI prefer flour over corn starch
ОтветитьIf u don't have corn starch is flour ok?
ОтветитьYour the best I've been learning alot from you ✨️ ❤ great video everytime I look up. God bless
ОтветитьBout to try this tm for Christmas, hope it turns out as good as your look. Only gonna be missing your 2 seasonings, so without it hopefully taste as good as yours look. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
ОтветитьLove watching your videos ❤😊
ОтветитьOh man that looks so good ❤ should I cook the meat for a couple hours then add veggies?
ОтветитьMerry Christmas, Big Man 🥰😘
ОтветитьLooks delicious
ОтветитьDaaaang. Im trying this for Christmas, this is the only video I found that cuts to the chase! Been nervous about making pot roast for a special gathering and this made me feel like I got this! Much appreciated💯
