Fix Desktop Icons not Clickable/ Not Working In Windows 7/8/10/11

When i ended task (screen went all black and everything stopped working) i was scared to death
Then i pressed ctrl shift esc (opened task manager) and did whatever u said
And it worked

Hello, some software don't open in my laptop.
If I installed a software (for example "osu", then it opened well, but when I open it second time, it didn't open, I have to uninstall the software and instal it again to run!!!
