ОтветитьThank you very much.
ОтветитьThis vital expression has advanced me
ОтветитьI've just find your videos there are so helpful
ОтветитьBrilliant class! Thanks
ОтветитьSIR YOU TEACH SO NICELY.
ОтветитьThank you sir
ОтветитьIt's still not clear for me. Here are two examples from your lesson:
1) I wonder if/whether it will rain tomorrow (both options is possible)
2) I don't know whether he wants a cup of tea (only whether is possible)
These sentences look pretty similar to me. In both these examples we have two possible answers (Yes or No)
Why in first sentence both options is possible but in the second only one option is possible?
Really enjoyed it, your explanations are so simple to understand, thanks a lot 🙏 😀
ОтветитьThis was comprehensive! Thanks!
ОтветитьWow! Beautiful explanation and useful class! So, in some cases, we could possibly be kind of rude if we use IF instead of whether, like "I don't care about other possibilities", "don't you say a word unless you have a positive answer". Lol
ОтветитьBest British accent... Much helpfull... Thank you teacher 🙏🇮🇳
ОтветитьThank you, Greg, your explanation is very clear)
ОтветитьI'm little confused 😕 when you're asking about restaurant there's also two options (it's open or it's closed). Why then can I use whether and if interchangeably?
ОтветитьGreat lesson, thank you, Greg!
ОтветитьExcelente Greg , thanks
ОтветитьThank you, Greg
ОтветитьGreg. Thanks.I love your British accent. Blessings.
ОтветитьYour are a great! teacher sir.
Ответитьthis was really helpful. thanks 👍🏼i have a question. would it be correct to say: We discussed the issue OF whether to pay. (? Thanks again.
ОтветитьI want to have your British accent. Thanks for your classes, Greg.
ОтветитьVery helpful lesson! I was not sure if there would be new knowledge to me , but I found a few points I didn't used correctly. Thank you so much. I like your British accents too.
Ответитьif it will rain ?? as I know, if + will is incorrect
ОтветитьHow will we notice when pronouncing the words whether it is weather or not? Thanks for your video
ОтветитьThank you, Greg! Finally a clear definition of when to use "whether or not". I really enjoy the way you explain. Keep it up like this! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos. ;)
ОтветитьAnd then there’s the time one may dispense with IF altogether
“Were I to go to the store…”
Thanks Greg. Thanks. ❤️
Ответить😍
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI wonder if you could replace "whether or not" with "even if". As in "I'm going to the concert even if my car is not fixed" or "...even if you don't like it." Thanks!
ОтветитьI enjoy your lessons, you explain it in a very comprehensive way 🎉
Ответитьperfect
ОтветитьMenuda palabrita: "interchangeably" ! O.o
ОтветитьAmazing class.
ОтветитьUse always "if" in most programming languages. A "whether" would result in a syntax error 😉
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьWhy would "whether" be more formal than "if"?
Ответить"in case of" may sometimes substitute "if", does it?
ОтветитьYou are awsome and very helpful and you make everything much easier!!!
ОтветитьYou have to learn english whether you like it or not.
ОтветитьYour lessons are very funny and interesting. Thanks
ОтветитьI have just request you an email but when I try to open it DELETE again please sent it again. Alberto
ОтветитьThank you so much for your clear explanation, I finally understand it now.
ОтветитьThanks for your great explanation👍
ОтветитьAfter 2 hour of confusion i find best one!!!
ОтветитьHow a good diction and expression!
Thanks for your benifical video.
Greetings from Turkey.
Hello Greg, I love your videos. Could you please explain the differences between WHAT and WHICH in relative clauses?
Ответить@English with Greg: Have you ever made English grammar mistakes as a native speaker? We are humans and we make mistakes every day. Don't you think so?
