ОтветитьGreat exercises for balance I need us a little bit because I'm unsteady due to pronation and duck feet and hip hike thank you for the exercise if you have any other suggestions for my severe pronation duck feet and hip hike I would appreciate it I also have severe rheumatoid arthritis

ОтветитьThese are great. However, the women on the left center was very distracting. She was doing the movements prior to you and swinging areas, etc. Very distracting to watching you and your movements.
