I love your approach that helps put us at ease and not get so nervous about our performance , just trusting the process and trusting ourselves listening to what the other person is about, you mention a pdf, I looked for it but was not able to find it, how can I access it? I am so grateful for this channel its really helpful. I'm also a new coach been operating for 2years now started at home and now I'm renting an office space for clients to have a safe space because before I did lot of home visits which I still do. My problem or challenge now is getting clients to work with me I have found my weakness that I'm not doing well in recruitment or marketing. Thing is when I started I got so lucky I was approached by a teacher whom was referred to me by another principal of another school due to my good work I did at his school changing their kids behavior so when she approached me we immediately worked together she was referring clients alot I was so busy and happy I was learning alot on the journey but life happened we parted ways coz she was telling parents that shes also a coach so parents must not come to me anymore so I never really marketed on my own since I started coaching so now that she's gone I'm really stuck here , I do go out to recruit, post on social media and surprisingly my post reach 2.4 or more views but people never ask to work with me so I really have a challenge there. And I keep renting an office that's making no profit I'm so stressed and depressed because I love what I do. I coach kids and families. How do you guys do it especially having an ability to reach out to lot of people but not getting their attention Gosh I need help.

This is a heavy training video. I’m a new coach and I did my first 1 hr coaching session last night. You just helped me in every area of frustration and fear about coaching. Don’t worry about having intelligent answers. Focus on learning how the mind works and coming up with great questions. I could go on and on about the breakthroughs I just received from this video. I will be listening to it again to really burn the info in my subconscious mind. Thank you for this video. It’s a life changer! You’re the best!

I am 7 weeks into a coaching course and I have to say I have been completely overwhelmed by the different information to remember / learn, everyone else has degrees and I feel like the class dunce because I cannot remember it all. But you have just brought this back for me, as to why I'm doing this. I may not be the cleverest person in the room but I can read people and relate to people, I can get people to open up to me and I'm going to hang on to that and keep trying.
