There is a difference in talking to a friend about problems and mentioning that you are being evicted or behind on bills, and asking for the money. Judge Judy has never understood this. There has been times where I had money problems and was talking to friends about it, but I was not asking for any money or did I intend to. There is a difference.

Wait a minute! Did this woman just swear to tell the truth? On oath? In front of Officer Byrd and the whole studio audience? Granted, nearly everyone “stretches the truth” a little on this show, but this lady’s lies were so outrageously stupid, bold and easily exposed.

Ugh. People who play coy after they fish for money are the most annoying litigants on these shows. You know what you were doing. And stop with the "I didn't take it" bs, when you're in court over that money you took. You denying it at first is just a part of the scam. You're not slick.
