ОтветитьOne thing to bear in mind (I've been thrown off by this a few times) is that some companies add interest back in when calculating Operating Cash Flow. REITs in particular do this often. It's important to be aware whether or not the company has done this when calculating the CF value that you're looking for to make sure you're getting it right.

Regarding FCF. You add back after tax interest on NI and changes in deferred taxes as well. Its not like you presented: operating CF - CAPEX its more like NOPLAT + dep - WCI - Capex
ОтветитьWhen using FCFF, you get the enterprise value, right? So don't you just subtract net debt and cash to get the equity? That means you can derive the equity portion of the business, meaning you can use FCFF to value equity and enterprise value. Am I right in this thinking?
