There’s profiteering and hobbyist concepts.
Super-Collectors are expecting comics to appreciate like a stock which is frivolous thinking especially if the book is commonplace in a current digital book market.
Some 40 year old books could be worth merely double or less than their original purchase.
The thousands they spend could be used to build a business or an appraisal company that rates the very books they overpay for now.
Anime Japan ???
ОтветитьYou can't sell heroes. 👍🏾👍🏾❤
ОтветитьThere are always rules. Don't steal in that store. It is a honor to read a comic. As good as a fighter as I am I think it would hurt them if had the audacity to steal one of ours. Todd is not from here
ОтветитьPhenomenal as always . The love of your genius comics. you can't be stopped..
Ответитьsomething tells me that A.J. lives in his parents' basement...
ОтветитьAJ says "Everything in my life must be perfect"....and that's the hairstyle he chooses...
ОтветитьPhenomena I can't dol time when I go places disappear too momentarily have travel more than once use custom technologies to be there and hologram back and forth
ОтветитьAJ is amazing
Ответить"It can be VERY addictive!" --- understatement of the century.

ОтветитьRest in Peace, AJ.
ОтветитьI would say comics are not a great investment unless you got some ultra rare comics lying around.
ОтветитьHe might have OCD 🤷🏾
ОтветитьRIP AJ
ОтветитьEverything in perfect condition except for them fingernails and teeth! Let’s not forget about that out of touch Nordic God haircut! I bet he drinks mead from an animal horn!
ОтветитьIn order to keep himself in mint condition this dude sleeps in a plastic bag and he is also boarded too
ОтветитьIt appears to me that his obsession is in my view misplaced. The video shows him examining trade paperbacks. Sure, I can see wanting a good copy, but tpbs rarely appreciate in value. I understand however being fairly observant of individual comic issues. Sometimes you can sell them for a nice amount. However, the real big money is to be found in silver and golden age books, the ones that are seen in the video in the hard plastic slabs in the beginning of the video.
ОтветитьGive me your comics I’ll read them all for you
ОтветитьThis dude probably goes BALLISTIC if he gets a 9.6 on a CGC slab
ОтветитьHonestly. I just buy the comics book but not to sell for profit , not to collect but to just simply read them. I don’t care for “collectors “ unlike them. I have a lot of comic books but that’s because of me “collecting” but from past experiences of reading every single one. Some I own are worth a lot of money but I’m not selling them .
ОтветитьHe doesn't know how to handle comic books especially with ink on his hands
ОтветитьComics are freaking awesome
ОтветитьLiberals made this character to make fun of comic book collectors. Nobody is actually like this guy.
Ответитьhe buys comics but doesn't read them? thats just sad.
Ответитьi really really wanna see his collection
ОтветитьDude whatever makes you happy bro you ain't hurting anyone
ОтветитьJust Imagine if he goes to a pawnshop and he gets $10 dollars for all his collections.
ОтветитьI seen 20+ comics on that rack that are now 500$ or more
ОтветитьDudes got the most perfect nails 😑😑😑🤮
ОтветитьI’m with this guy. How many of you “real comic collectors” purchased Ultimate Fallout #4 “just to read the story”? Guess what? That book goes for 1k in a 9.8. And let’s not even discuss the Variant because you’ll have a heart attack. What’s a 9.8, you ask? It’s the kind of book this guy looks for. You people who purchased that book “just to read” while you are on the toilet, just dumped (pun intended) 1k down the toilet.
ОтветитьAnd yet when you order from MidTown online their shipping is horrible for collectors looking for high quality books.
ОтветитьWhen i go to my comic shop i look around for a little bit until i decide what i want
ОтветитьCollector's like him bring crashes and flood the market later. Thats what happened in the 80s-90s. Imagine his house. Spending all his money. What if his place caught fire.
ОтветитьInteresting film
ОтветитьThis dude is a comic snob but he's the dude I wish I was when going through back issues in half crushed boxes. 😂
ОтветитьIs this fake i collect comics and im normal
ОтветитьJust lock me in this store for a year , & give me some Sunshine, Fresh Air, water, food & clothes. 🤗
ОтветитьWeirdo
ОтветитьBRUH, what's the point if you don't read the comics.
ОтветитьAJ would be perfect for a job at CGC
ОтветитьWho tf checks trades lmao. You're gonna get that tpb graded?
ОтветитьAJ is not a perfect example. He buys comics and he never reads them.
ОтветитьI always thought that the regular comics were the only ones that could be invested I never knew that the novels can also be invested
ОтветитьI don't want a.j.s sweat on my comic books.
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьEverything must be in perfect condition, folds the cover nearly in half
ОтветитьPrice of comics is dropping quickly they are getting out of time
Ответить
