Not to inject cynicism into a video that is supposed to jolt us, but..... if the "elderly couple" was actually REAL, they would have been looking at each other at the end rather than at the camera. How do I know this? Because my Mom and Dad WERE that story. Almost literally down the the uniform the dude was wearing. The video was designed to evoke an emotional response that could be easily manipulated. I'm also not saying what the narrator was wrong in what he said, but.... he's also using clever speech techniques that preachers uses.... i.e. homiletics. Don't take this video at face value.
