Considering 50% rape cases are proven to be false is frightening. Innocent women cannot prove the crime, and innocent men cannot prove their innocence.

You don't, you go to jail, lose your family and your life. You'll hopefully get out in 20 years. After that your accuser will admit she lied. She'll get tried and convicted, she'll serve 3-6 days in jail, and that's it. But that rape conviction stays on your record.

This is why MGTOW is the solution. Don't get married, don't get into a relationship, don't date, and don't have female friends. Worst case scenario, hire a good lawyer and have video and audio recordings to prove your innocence.

How to proceed if both parties don't have proof? I'm being falsely accused of the said crime. However, there is no proof that the crime happened. It's just her word against mine. "falsely" is obviously the operative word here because a counter case means one party will get convicted, especially when two versions are there and the judge goes on preponderance of probabilities

I saw a interview with a retired female police officer , in the interview she stated that in the 19 years she served as a police officer she dealt with hundreds of rape accusations and was required to believe the accuser or take it seriously , I don't exactly remember. But in her own personal opinion only 3 cases did she feel the accusation was true and I think 2 of them was against the same man who was retarded so there was a sort of explanation .
