Is the GTX 1050Ti Still Relevant in 2023

Mine hardly clocks 40fps and even when it does, its just for a second and its back down to 20-35fps

I don't know why mfs hate on the 1050 ti. I've never heard a valid reason for hate on it.

Is it just my laptop or the difference is really big, my 1050ti barely touch 100+ fps, even on old title, paired with i7 7700hq boosted at 3.5 ghz, barely overheat

Games like valorant and csgo are cpu intensive. If you pair 1050ti with ryzen 5 5600x you get 400 fps

I have 1050ti.
I downscaled everything in the Nvidia control panel to very low (maximum performance) I play csgo with 250fps on low settings and low resolution.
Fun thing is I have a ram that is 10years old and motherboard what is 10 years old😂

On mw 2 I can only get a steady 45 to fps however with some further testing I found that even though I have an 8th gen i7 it’s locked at 2.40 ghz (this is a dell g3 laptop from 2018) which bottle necks the whole system otherwise the 1050ti is an absolute powerhouse
