as a Latino we call it ethnic time. Asian friends (Indian included) all work on the same time.

My friends at one point literally did this for me— pad the time they give me by 1 hour. Took offense back then but looking back, I was the jerk so they were well within their rights :)

I can understand being 5-10 minutes late, maybe even 15-20 if something important held them up, but an hour?! 😂 I guess I should count myself lucky that I’ve never known anyone that had this problem to that extent.
