I first sung this as a very very small girl in the 1960s at Catholic school. It remains as beautiful today as then and particularly when sung so well by these impressive young men.

I take issue with worship music that is overly repetitive (it feels a bit brainwash-y), however it can be well don’t when each recycle of the phrase brings a new perspective on what is being said. A building of message with each repetition.
This song exemplifies that feeling very beautifully!

(Also, a bit of repetitive songs become very irreverent. We’re You There gives reverence to the subject)
