Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition free copy has a problem

I have the standard edition of Horizon ZD, the ps4 disc version. After completing the game I bought the frozen wilds DLC from PS store for 10USD, after installing it went crazy just trying to lauch the expansion but there was no way, no guy at the daytower, tried to climb at the edge of the map were the grave hoard ends, tried everything but nothing works. Searching the internet found that this happened to a lot of people, seems to be a "region problem" ... inmediatly requested a refund but the support agent said that "since the content has been downloaded I cannot request a refund" what a scam. I guess even thou I paid the 10 USD I will never experience the frozen wilds :/

I have a ps4 and I bought the complete edition, my original save is listed as that, but I started a new game tonight and it’s saving as a standard edition?

Hey man I have a question if you know the answer I would be very grateful ..
so I have the first version of Horizon zero Dawn before the dlcs, I even finished it.
my saves are stored here in the memory of my PlayStation 4
and I'm downloading it right now, this version complete version ..
I definitely don't want to play the game all over again from the beginning. I did a lot.
Is it possible to use the saves of this first version
in this other version complete edition?

U shoud put the disc first

I have the disc version but is not the complete version, got it when it first came out. Now my issue is, I already beat the first part of the game and don’t wanna bother playing the first half and now it’s not allowing my old saved files to play on this version 🤦🏽‍♂️ so lame, it’s the same damn game and makers... PS making things difficult.

does it save the data of the game tho?
