ОтветитьTrouble is you can't isolate any of the bicep muscle , they work together or not at all . Grip doesn't matter either, your bicep isn't attached to your hand in any way, so your bicep doesn't know what grip your using ???. Also genetics decide your bicep shape and nothing else?

ОтветитьJust my 2 cents. Isolation is BS. My only bicep exercise is weighted chin ups and my biceps are bigger than 99.99999% of the people I see in the gym. I train all rep ranges with chin ups. Low Reps and focus on getting stronger and on the high rep range I focus on doing more reps. On top of that, my back and lats are huge from all the chin ups.

I've always been a science guy with 2 years of Advanced science classes so this really pulled me in. Just turned double 5's and rehabbed a bicep tear and rotator cuff injury from working too hard at work. 8 days back into working out and truly needed a great bicep workout since I lost 2 months progress. Thank you so much. Subscribed and going to try a couple of things I watched in a few of your other videos too. HELLYEAH 🤘🔥

Ответить43 here, I used to do all this exercises, few year back I realised that are just waste of time. Just pushing and pulling compounds will do the job.
