ОтветитьIm 16 and started following a few of these routines weekly with 1 day of rest, Chest and back on Monday. Legs on Tuesday. Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders on Wednesday. Off day on Thursday. Chest and Back on Friday. Legs on Saturday. Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders on Sunday.. I'm surprised af at the progress I'm already seeing, Thank you for that

ОтветитьHey guys its me Rahul. Its my first day doing leg workout and I didn't used weights as its my first day so my plan is to add weights after a month doing this. The reason I'm taking a month for no weights is that I'll train my legs once a week soo 4 times a month..
I'll try to tell my leg routine here every friday cuz I train my legs only at friday...
Day 1 : Without weights the workout for me was okk not too hard but pump was too good for me(cuz I had already trained my legs for 2-3 month a long ago).. meet to guys next friday..
I'm literally in my bed dying from the DOMS this workout gave me. It truly is a leg workout from hell

ОтветитьI definitely broke up the lunges into ratio segments . This guy doesn't know what he's doing. You can easily tear up your knee and surrounding ligaments by going at this volume with no recovery or variation of movement. Follow ashtonhall or obi vincent for better hiits
