The Montauk experiment was basically people running investigations on teenagers, pre-teens, and children from the ages of 9-17. They even wore the hospital gowns as in stranger things. They even tried to open portals to the underworld and tested on animals.
Edit: they even added chemicals into animals making demon-like creatures.

During the second world war, nazi scientists kidnapped orphaned boys and tested on them (almost drowned them, etc, etc) and claimed that the boys they had kidnapped had "a connection to other worlds." Also the monster shown on the video is real, but is not one of the boys. The monster is called "The Montauk Monster" and was washed up on shore in July 2008. There were many stories and speculations of it, and later experts decided it to be of a water-degraded racoon. Yes the monster is real, and is probably an unseen species, but has no relation to the Montauk Project.

Im from panama and i hear a NEW mountauk monster was caught in the mountains of Panama..

So the Montauk project was where they tested kids by injecting something in them then they were given mind abilities like telekinesis and many other things a kid named Duncan was the strongest at the Montauk event el was inspired from Duncan and the demo gorgon was based off the "Montauk monster" the other demo creatures they got carried away I don't know for sure but I'm guessing the kids if they became too angry or raged their abilities would mutate them into a wolf bear like creature losing its powers but becoming a monster apparently many of these "Montauk monsters" more children turned into them than you think about 9 were turned and only 8 were caught 1 is still out there
