We've condensed my entire playthrough of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond on Twitch into one video. This includes every gym, every legendary, the postgame, the Sinnoh Pokedex, and so much nostalgia. Why does everyone hate Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl? I’ve played Pearl and Platinum as well as literally every other pre switch mainline game and these remakes are excellent re-introductions of my favourite gen. I don’t understand what’s so bad about them

It wasn't til a friend gave me the DS they didn't need that I bought a copy of Platinum as a teenager. And clearly, from what RT was saying in this video, I still missed some things.

The Pokemon World Government (also known as the "Six Watchers", or "Great Watchers" by the chiefs) is a globalized political organization that is compromised of the 9 kingdoms around the world. Originally known before their creation as the Pokemon World Parliament by the Council of 18 before the tragic events and the creation of the Type Unity Law, they are sponsored by six elderly Pokemon of nobility, and are heavily associated with the Royal Regalia, being that they come from a royal family. After the passing of the Type Unity Law, the Pokemon World Parliament quietly formed into the Pokemon World Government before making it public. In Pokémon: Beginnings, they were first introduced in Chapter 26: Imprisonment after hearing about the Dirty Delinquents’ attack on the world as well as being able to overtake the Military and Glopol. In Pokémon: Unlimited, they were introduced in Chapter 10: Sail With The Wind after hearing news of Rippler's failed scheduled execution.

The Pokemon World Government has three great political allies, which are the Power (Pokemon Military), the Voice (Glopol), and the Reason (Royal Regalia). The Pokemon Superlatives were also created in Happy's time as a new system meant to help maintain world stability. Their greatest threats are Explorers and the Rebellious Shells, who have opposing views towards their ambitions. Despite their goal of world stability, they will do anything to maintain it, even killing innocent Pokemon and pervading justice to get it, or in their version "in the name of Arceus".

New challenge

Nuzlocke, but instead of releasing the dead Pokémon, it has to stay dead and on your team, effectively making every death reduce the amount you can have on your team.
This makes the usage of fodder pokemon a very bad thing, because you can't remove that dead guy. It will take up that slot for the entire run, and it can't do anything
