ОтветитьI love roast of all types. This is what we would call medium to medium well and somewhat dry roast, that is what the gravy is for to moisten it up. Looks great! I also love rare roast also. But this is well done Natasha

Ответитьget a piece of fat from the butcher to put on top of the roast while you are cooking it. It keeps the roast moist and allows for a wonderful beef flavour in the gravy. Use the fat as a medium for the flour as a binder to add amazing beef flavour. Not need for the oil she uses.
