Last time I checked my waist was around 30/31
Day 1: pretty easy but was pretty sore from another workout
Day 2: did this really easy but I checked the mirror and noticed my waist looks snatcher
Im going to start doing these workouts and keep you guys updated.

current stats: 108.6lbs (or a little less, haven’t weighed in a bit) 5’0 and a half, waist measurement: 26in
day 1: (sorry i forgot to tell u lolol) the burn was nice, i might’ve messed up some of the exercises but i liked it.
day 2: unfortunately I missed it but I’ve been a bit busy, however I am still doing my utmost burning calories and all!
day 3: come back later :)
i’ve been doing this workout for a month now and have seen an improvement in my waist ever since! definitely a great workout. One thing though, when i do the side leg lifts I feel it in my glutes rather than the sides of the waist. Any tips?

I started this workout three days ago
Today is day three
Day 1 review : It was hard but I managed ✅
Day 2 : felt a little easier than before (✅)
Day 3: I can't do this one exercise 😔💔 (✅)
Day 4 : i didd ittt , it felt easierr than before I could do all the exercises with ease. ✅
Day 5: Easy peasy noww ✅
Goodjob on whoever is tryingg ❤️
day 1- ✅pretty easy but a lil shaky from some of the exercises
day 2-✅kinda sore from walking today but completed it!!
day 3-✅felt super easy today and it felt like my waist was getting tighter :)
day 4-✅easy but a burn afterwards! i’m feeling less bloated recently
day 5-✅easy and some of my usual bloat is gone!
day 6-✅easy peasy🎉 felt rlly good
day 7-✅yay a week in! my friend told me my waist looks smaller
I did this and on the first day I already noticed difference to my body! (BTW, I do workouts like 7 a month) that's kind of why it helped me a lot going to keep trying!

Day 1 ✅: was really hard for me but made it through
Day 2 ✅: was easier, could see tiny changes
Doing this for 4 weeks!! I’m not fat and have a pretty small waist but I’m just gonna do this to tone my muscles a bit more haha and get little wider hips
Start weight: 44 kg (98 pounds)
Height: 160 cm (5,3)

Day 1: ✅ I was surprised to how easy it was to be honest, yes it burned but I did it very easily I felt really good afterwards!
Day 2: ✅ same as day 1.
Day 3: ✅ I didn’t really feel anything but for some reason I can feel that is is gonna be effective 😭
Day 4: ✅ it was easy this time I’m starting to see little results!!
Day 5: ✅ I looked in the mirror earlier and my abs looked more toned and it felt like I lost some fat even though I pretty much had none on my belly
thank you so much i feel super exhausted but in a good way yay!! this was my day 2 of doing your exercises along w warmup and pilates so wish me luck to lose some weight and be healthy ✊🏼✊🏼
