ОтветитьI have very poor coordination Im also Audhd . Its wonderful having the opportunity to workout from home with those videos because i have dealt with lots of shaming and remarks like " what don't you understand? Let arm right leg are you stupid ? Why can't you follow? You are not overweight so why cant you lift your leg fast enough? You make the team go slower because you are slow maybe you don't belong in the gym " by trainers and coaches in gyms so i was always made to feel excluded and rejected. I wouldn't dare to talk about my issue because i never wanted to trigger anyome to bully me more by showing vulnerability .So with all these amazing videos i can exercise at the safety of my house . I wish society to stop seeing exercise as something that only completely able bodied people deserve to do and that exercise is only for esthetic purposes .Every animal including humans need to exercise. We need to view it as a necessity .

ОтветитьThis was a tough and rewarding workout, but I had to modify it al throughout. I have a hard time just doing two reps and then switching to something else. It doesn’t give you the same challenge as working the same exercise for 20 reps.

ОтветитьI loved the length of the exercise — easy to fit post strength or weight training. But I felt that Alex was transitioning too fast between exercises and in some instances more focused on the choreography that it was hard to focus on doing the move right with the proper form (which I have a chance to do with Daniel-led routines). Form is important and if I’m trying to keep up or if the transitions are sometimes too fast like in here, it’s hard to get it right and it’s a little demotivating for a 20-minute “beginner friendly” workout. I’ve been doing TBP workouts for more than three weeks now and I’ve only found it difficult to keep up about twice, and both were workouts led by Alex (in terms of pace and choosing movements). I think she might be better suited for intermediate or advanced exercises (though everyone responds differently ofc). But apart from that there isn’t a Team Body Project workout that I don’t at least partially enjoy. And this is no exception. I think however I will avoid Alex-led routines because I think their pace doesn’t work for me.

ОтветитьI have a handicap on my right hand and i hate it when there are workouts with burpees and so many other positions that I can’t do and the instructors don’t offer alternatives. I love these workouts, they’re the best!

ОтветитьI did not feel like working out today... But I loved that workout. Hard to keep up with the moves a bit, but I loved that the music matched up with the moves in some places. Definitely saving this one to my workout list
