Hi, when I add the subdivision modifier it doesn't let me edit the vertices or edges without applying it. Any idea how can I edit them without applying the modifier?

Heya I noticed sometimes you wil use the multiresolution modifier and sometimes subdivision modifier, is there a reason for this or is it just whichever you feel like using. Love the videos may good luck befall you!
