If anyone is interested in watching a series related to turkish/turkic history that exactly reflects this based video, there is a turkish tv show called "Destan" that takes place sometime around the reign of Göktürk khaganate (500 a.d or so). It's pretty good in terms of storytelling and depicting the turkic beliefs and lifestyle of the time.

2- Turkic nations actually very rarely fight against each others as long as there is only one Khan! Khan title is so little known by most people, they think it is same as King or Emperor title. But nope it couldn't be more different, Khan basicly means the leader of people which includes everybody really. So there can't be two leaders of people rather only one and if there were two Khans you can bet they fought against each others same as Timur Khan and Beyazid Khan. Ottoman kept using Khan title for it's entire 600 years long history which basicly meant they were overlord of all Turkic people and always accepted Turkic migration to the west regardless which tribe it is actually from.
