Why is there windows below ground
ОтветитьAqui no Brasil cola só uns 4 ferrinho aí encima dessa laje e ainda dizem que é indistrutivel kkkkk
Ответить❓ Comparative analysis? Purpose, function, costs, climate/geology specific? When to use, where, why?
❓ Geothermal heating/cooling: with huge gaps around the perimeter, why not use geothermal piping for baseline heating/cooling? (Seems like lost opportunity.)
❓ Cisterns: seems like a lost opportunity for water collection, even if the water is only used as a geothermal heating/cooling mass. Deck built over the cistern for servicing. Roof collection of rainwater. Partitioned cistern: primary drop/debris/filter, overflow to chamber A (holding tank, constant volume/pressure, overflow to chamber B for water use (pump, pressure tank (or gravity tank back on roof), landscaping water use).
1) Gravel foundation & walls of Peagravel barrier + foam insulation + water sealer.
2) Gravel foundation + foam blocks & Lego walls + (unknown wall barriers).
3) [not displayed] tilt up.
4) [not displayed] aircrete @ ground level (not subterranean)
5) [not displayed] other methods
Would have been nice to see the finished structure. What are the "Lego -style" blocks called and what material are they made of?
ОтветитьWill the house in the Tornado Corridor built by cement and steel-bar be more resistant to tornado?
ОтветитьTHE BEST AWESOME PERFECT WORK.....😁👌👍
Ответитьi would say as a wall guy this is about as stupid as it gets. pour the footer, pour the wall, then pour the flatwork. but I'm in Ohio and things are different. give me some time and I will show a video.
ОтветитьI prefer walk out basement with patio and yard...
Ответитьclickbait. these methods are over a century old. what you're looking at from start to finish probably cost more than 100k.
ОтветитьВ России каменные дома быстрее строят. Улитки.
ОтветитьSuch a advanced engineering❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis is built like a bomb shelter more than a house.
ОтветитьExcessive use of rebar panels in the lower slab.
ОтветитьHouses without any utilities? no sewer, no gas, no water
ОтветитьLooks like the English learn finally how to build the Houses in Middle Europe Style! I remember over 50 years ago how they used to use very light but thick and solid Concreate blocks called Ytong ! Stacked them up and filled them with concrete ! No Tornado no matter what level would bring a house like that down! Not even a level 6 if it ever happened to develope! But the dumb Americans like their wooden shacks!
ОтветитьCan a basement be built in the College Station, Texas area??
ОтветитьLegend has it there still building till this day
ОтветитьVerry Good... We Love You Prom Viet Nam...

That concrete pumper has a leaky hydraulic ram
ОтветитьSince this place looks like somewhere in Germany. We can safely assumed that every Germans house with an underground basement is an S&M dungeon. 😅😂😂😂
ОтветитьAnybody notice the basement windows are below ground level !
Ответитьلم الاحظ عمليه التهويه للسرداب
ОтветитьEstimating the costs of 2022 new construction makes me wanna HURL. $50 SqFt was decent home cost when I started building. That might cover framing nowadays 🤮
ОтветитьYes . Tank Sudah Nyiapin !?. FP.
ОтветитьWhat does it mean that the film is only half shot?
ОтветитьI didn't see any plumbing going in 🤔💩
ОтветитьThis has to be cost inhibitive and overkill.
Ответитьparang guguho nlng yan pag nag lindol😂

Ответить🏥🏨🏗️🏥🏨🏗️🏥🏨🏦
ОтветитьIf you don't mind? How much did the whole foundation cost? Total labor and everything? For the 1st one
ОтветитьI didn't see anything that makes the constitution cheaper. Thus not amazing. Tell me your innovative new technology cut the building price in half for the home owner. Then I'll be amazed.😂😂
Ответитьi feel very inspired by your work, do you do consulting work or do you also build and sell properties?
ОтветитьI saw at least 6 safety violations…….. 😳
ОтветитьIs there a part 2 with the whole house completed
Ответитьthe second basement took so long they went from spring to fall. You can see that in the trees and the vegetation coverage.
ОтветитьThe first one looked like a standard build but the second looked like it had a 15ft ceiling in the basement comparing it to the spot-a-pot behind it, they're about 6.5ft tall.
ОтветитьThe insulation base of the second home is a dream for me. Because I lived in a very cold house in France 06.
ОтветитьУ меня один вопрос ,а зачем там два цокольных этажа?
ОтветитьWell, what's so amazing about that?! Today it is already outdated technology... You should find something fresh.
ОтветитьThis house would fit in Florida and would be water proof.
ОтветитьPart 2?? I need to see this double basement!!! Looks amazing!
ОтветитьI like this type of construction 👍👓
ОтветитьDo you think that in Brazil we will reach a high level in dry construction?
