ОтветитьMy mind has been chaos for years, I just tried this for the first time after reading about it in a book from an ex militairy man , i needed to check this out I never felt my anything like this, it's peacefull my mind is for the first time actaully clear and not negative . never felt breathing like this or the breathing trough the forehead thing I actually felt it , next time I may do it longer but this 30 minutes felt like 5

I just had one doubt - practically every time I do a session within a minute or two it feels like I completely black out. I always wake up right after end as you are finishing, which is pretty amazing! I always feel refreshed, rested and rejuvenated. Is it a problem to 'black out'? Could this be an underlying sign of something more sinister?! Thanks again!!
