Psychology lol worthless degree worthless field of pseudoscience
ОтветитьI’m 26 years old and I have 10,000 in my savings and I have no kids and I’m working a job I’m making $24 an hour. However there’s a chance I’m getting a promotion. However, am I too far behind to become a successful money maker?
Ответитьso arrogant and narrow minded
ОтветитьI'm just not motivated
ОтветитьHi Davey boy. I’m 35 and still living with my boomer parents. Should I move out?
Ответитьhey I graduated college, worked, paid off my loans, bought a car and had up to 30k in savings.
I never moved out because I wanted the single life, and without a family who cares where you live?
I support my own expenses, work out, and stay to myself. checked out of society and dont give
a fuck at all. Look at all the guys with big money who married, see how well that turns out most of the time. Like what the fuck is the american dream anyway? what are we even chasing?
Always remember the grass will ALWAYS be greener on the other side
ОтветитьHe’s honestly on the right track, I wish him the best of luck! ✨
ОтветитьGuy sounds like Kurt Cobain
ОтветитьI do have a masters in HR, but you absolutely don’t need it just to get your foot in the door. Do it later if you want to expand your knowledge down the road. You can get your feet wet with a bachelors in psychology.
ОтветитьOpen a pizza joint. Barrow every dime to get it up and running. Don't use any of your money. If things don't work out file for bankruptcy. Then don't it again. That's how it works in America.
ОтветитьHe lost his sense of self worth and believe in his future as a pizza guy.
ОтветитьI’m 26 with 33k in savings rn . I’m a deputy making 26.06/ hour in Florida. No debt at all . Car paid off and a associate degree but everything in Florida is beyond affordable rn
ОтветитьMy step daughter of 28 lives at home still. Her father see nothing wrong with it..she is an only child .. so sad he is enabling her.
ОтветитьDave is going to tell him to start delivering pizzas at another pizzas joint!!! Hahahaha
ОтветитьI’d stay at home until he lands that job, and then move out.
I stayed with my parents until 30, lol. But if I didn’t, I probably would not be an engineer.
Who knows what I’d be. Maybe better off, maybe not.
pyscology - so many kids get this degree and cant find work in the field its hilarious
ОтветитьSo if I live in a hotel and two jobs But no car I walk or Uber to work . Do I get a car or apartment first please help

ОтветитьWhat do you do when you have a whole lot of ambition, not a lot of connections, money, and not a lot of support?
ОтветитьMaster's degrees in today's world are not worth the time or the money. Experience is worth more than a master's AND you get paid while you get experience.
ОтветитьThe American Political Science Association has a free publication on their website about careers and the study of poly sci.
ОтветитьYou don’t need a HR degree to get into Human Resources speaking from someone who works in HR and I have a degree in political science
ОтветитьDoes those job require degrees?
Ответить$29k in savings, $9k in student loans, living at home with no children. Better finances than most Americans.
He shouldn’t move out yet though. He should be looking for internships/jobs in HR first, and a psychology degree is pretty good for HR, and an additional Political Science doesn’t hurt.
It's nice to hear an average person calling in to the show instead of the typical 'I make six figures but am bad with money' caller.
ОтветитьHe can literally get into Human Resources with those two degrees. He needs to find an internship and that's it... way to go! I know some folks who have done it
ОтветитьI'm a Career Coach. Dave is dead on here. I'd say the same thing!
ОтветитьKinda seems fake, like dude you have 29K saved with hardly any debt, and two degrees? Yet he’s delivering pizzas and doesn’t know what to do with his life??? Bullshyte.
ОтветитьImagine Judge Judy and Dave Ramsey together
ОтветитьYou go back to school to study Human Resources? No man
ОтветитьIt's interesting to me how someone can get $30k in savings as a pizza delivery man. He must be very dedicated or just treats it like his life and has a hard working mindset. That sure is a lot of pizzas. I'm hoping he has a real job now.
ОтветитьI’m almost in the same boat to every number.
ОтветитьRx for Prozac also
ОтветитьRecruiters don’t make “bank”...do they?
ОтветитьThis guy is smart and stupid at the same time
ОтветитьYou don’t need a masters or bachelors to get into HR. Just go work entry position at a great company n work ur way up
ОтветитьMake bank !
ОтветитьLol all these guys sitting next to dave trying to be like him is so funny
ОтветитьHow does this guy have 28k in savings + paid off car? hes doing better than 90% of Americans
ОтветитьSomething fishy having 30 k in savings delivering pizza’s
ОтветитьDude actually isn’t in such a terrible situation. I don’t understand why he doesn’t just pay of the debt now.
ОтветитьPeople way overestimate the value of a college degree. Yes, get one, but the rest is up to you. Especially in business dealings, once you get the interview, nobody cares about your degree. They care about who you are, how you can talk, whether you seem like you've got something going for yourself, your experience, how you carry yourself, whether you can make a deadline, and their overall sense of you. Can you solve problems? Are you socially IQ enough to not cause problems or insult people? Are you honest? Are you respectful? Do you know how to return an e-mail message in a timely manner? Are you trainable once you get into the job, because most of your training will come while on the job. Now, if you want a specialized career, then maybe an MA or PHD is needed. But if you want to enter the workforce with a BA, then get on it and start promoting yourself.
ОтветитьHr does pay well but you gotta like the work in order to do the job.
ОтветитьWe need to have conversations with kids about doing degrees that have no viability or commercial demand after graduation. I really wanted to study English Literature and my mum said what are you going to do with that, she was right. So I switched!! So thankful she made me consider a life after education.
ОтветитьSome ppl really have no direction and are lost
ОтветитьI'm about to be 25 and up until a couple months ago I was only making $14/hr. I'm making $19/hr now and living with my grandma. My goal is to build up about 15k in savings by the end of the year and then go off on my own. I do have an associates and I applied for a job that starts at $25/hr and only needs an associates. If I got that and stayed at my grandma's maybe one more year I'd be set.
ОтветитьGet a CDL bro. 27, by the time you're 29 you could realistically have all of your debt paid off, and a house, and most importantly a new life!
ОтветитьWhats wrong with this guy??he's a fool..he has all the instruments and he's here bitching
Ответить
