I'm beginning my spring cleaning. I already have two garbage bags full of clothes and still, the rest of my clothes barely fits which means I have to get rid of MORE! It's so hard and mentally draining but once it's over with my mind will feel de-cluttered.

I'm obsessed with personality pieces and I rewear the same personality pieces enough to keep them. So the base pieces that I put them with are basic and versatile. This means that I can keep my personality pieces without having a big closet. Cutting down your closet doesn't mean giving up your quirky style!

I’m in the US and I’ve found this lockdown time a very difficult time to declutter clothing. A lot of what I haven’t worn is because I just didn’t have the opportunity to go out and wear it, or it’s office attire and I’ve been working from home. All included I have over 220 pieces, not counting jeans, shorts, athletic or leisure wear.

With that being said- I have narrowed down to 75 pieces that are appropriate to wear at any time (excluding the office). These will be the pieces I reach for during these unprecedented times! It honestly made me so excited to have this ‘narrowed’ wardrobe where I don’t have to look through ‘can’t wear yet’ items. If any of you are feeling overwhelmed during this time, I highly suggest narrowing your closet to what you can wear now!!

Finding a go-to brand for bras is not easy for everyone! I'm super petite (most places start with a 32 band and I'm smaller than that) so it's difficult to find the right fit. My skin tone also doesn't match the usual "nude" colour. There are companies out there that only seem to focus on one of those issues or the other, but not both :( I long for the day I can wear a basic white shirt without showing off my bra!

I have 40 pieces of clothing (not including underwear, shoes or coats). I have a few more coats & shoes than I want, but.... Canada!!! As for bras, I have 2 bras, 2 workout bras & 2 bralettes. All my clothing has to fit into 2 feet (shared closet). We don't have dressers.....rooms are too small (600 SQ ft house). I don't "do" accessories. Minimal space keeps us accountable.

I felt so outed when she got real close to the camera and said "You, I'm talking to you. You know you're thinking of something specific that you're keeping just cause it was expensive." Yes Sarah, yes I was.
