ОтветитьStarted implementing this workout as my regularly chest and triceps workout for the past month. At first I couldn't do it properly the whole thing, but right now I can. And even after, I still manage to max out even more push ups to get the most burning sensation. This is a really good workout for muscle hypertrophy and building.
Keep up with this. Your doing good. :)

ОтветитьWell, I can finally do this... If I take an extra break during one of the upright planks. My shoulders can't take it yet. But I'm getting there. This is brutal. Which is exactly what I needed.

ОтветитьOn my second lap of the 30 day challenge (I like routine), previously I could easily do push ups but lately its been getting harder. Did this one half on my knees. Am I doing anything wrong (fyi, i'm just 24 and work on my desk all day)

ОтветитьDay 56/60 and I must say at this point even my cat knows who you are haha she see you on the screen at this time every day ! 🤣 she watched me do the planks yesteday and was staring at the ground like tf are you doing 😂😂. Second day of overtime and I work th is weekend so gotta love that plus I’m STILL finding time to get to it! Walking testimony I love this life 💪🏾.💯 don’t get me wrong , the workouts are tough but consistency is key !

Whoo that is intense. i couldn't do the isometric one, but except for this, i completed it. ill try to do one round for 30 days with 1 or 2 breaks per week (depending how sore it will make me.) starting today July 22

Im 35 kg overweight . I can not do pushuoa or knee pushups withput my elbows clicking and joint pain .
