But.. so then Wanda absorbed all magic of Agatha which she's been taking from countless witches throughout time plus her own and read the darkhold. No wonder she did what she did in mom. 😅

I knew where this was going when i realised that Nicky made the song up. But it still chilled me to my bone seeing the coven we know appear at the end. Just another group of women who Agatha planned to drain all the power and potential from.

It's a really powerful reveal to help us think of all the hundreds or thousands of women that Agatha killed as individuals just like Lilia, Jen, Alice, and Sharon.

It's also powerful commentary.

Agatha is a well-written antagonist.
She is not a good person. She is objectively evil. But she has inherently normal human traits.

i knew this was coming out. i just knew it. had a FEELING.

So how exactly was Agatha going to steal Lilia or Jen magic? She literally warned Lilia to not blast her and Jen didn’t have any magic. The only real prey here was Alice (and it worked at the end)

So somehow, the song itself keeps on being spread from witch to witch (as they already know it even before meeting Agatha) yet none of them know of this witch killing witch going around? If Agatha leaves no witch behind, who is left to tell the ballad of the witches' road to other witches? How does the song keep going through history?

Every version of this song is powerful and unique but I love this one in particular because of the addition of voices. It starts with Agatha alone, then the first coven she tricked, then the next coven, then the next, adding and showing just how many women she tricked. The sheer number of voices just gives me CHILLS. It’s very powerful.
