If you haven't already there are baskets you can get w/ special slits to them for you to hide all your wire clutter in near your nightstand. I am in love w/ your exposed brick wall. OMG you lucked out enjoy your space. 🙂

I don't know if you're still having issues with the wires behind the nightstand, but most power strips come with mountable holes on the back. You could honestly get nuts and bolts and mount them onto the back of the nightstand. Hidden from the front but still easily accessible from the bed if you're plugging something in. Then you could probably get a hook for under the nightstand, zip tie the cords, and then hang it from the hook on the bottom, so that they're off the floor.
