FIX Epic Games Launcher LS 0013 Error Code

my fortnite didnt work and i tried renaming the cache folder but all it said is "This File is already running from another app"

Thanks you so much, with your tips I solved the error on my side! Tried setting the EpicGamesLauncher.exe to "run as admin" and it did the trick!
I think the problem initially had to do with the fact that in the past I changed the game's (RDR2) .exe settings to run as admin. This might have been the cause of the error LS 0013.
