Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport 1000km review. What's it like living with this 1500bhp hypercar?

Hmmm… I just bought a 182000km 2013 Ford Focus for our summer house on the west coast with the 1.0 Turbo petrol, and the day after collection the car, the engine light came on. I had to take a ferry into the mainland and visit a dealer who diagnosed it to be a clogged up catalyst, which I had to schedule a new appointment for replacing the catalyst the coming summer as this is our holiday car.

I must say the Bugatti service is very appealing to me. Maybe I should consider a Bugatti the next time🤔

I have a better chance of walking on the moon than getting even a chance to drive this monstrous irrelevance.

I lived in the UK for seven years and I found British society to be a bit odd. A colleague suggested I read a book called, "Class". In it, they explained that the upper classes like to drive expensive cars but not to wash them, as if mud on a car is some kind of a badge of honour. Bizarre.

The Chiron seems to epitomize the saying: "If you have to ask the price... You can't afford it!" Whether it's adding a few grams of paint for a French Tricolour or getting 8 mpg you can't be bothered by such trivia as cost to benefit ratios.

Always good to see a car like this actually being used and not just driven round the streets in London annoying tourists and passers by.
