The only thing I took from that video is that immortality field is broken. Hurts my soul to see a dragon halt combo perfectly executed just to be nullified by a single ability that isn't even an ult.

Here’s how I, a person that’s pretty bad at OW, would try to get past Eternals hold.

Like you showed, when the Valient pushed the Orisa-Genji group, they just backed off, and then killed them with dragon blade. What I would do is, knowing that they would back off when they get pushed, is to save Hanzos dragon strike for the Orissa group.

So they would push the Orisa group, which would make them back down the stairs again, but while they are pushing Hanzo would aim his ult at the bottom of the stairs. Now the Eternal would be trapped just like the Valient was the first push. If they killed that group, then they could easily walk onto the point, and now the Sigma-Baptiste group would be stuck where they were.

Basically what I said is, Valient should have used Hanzos ult on the Orisa group, not the Sigma group.

When I read the title I thought it was going to be some super strong attack and defense paradox where neither team can win if they do said specific comp making the eternal game.

I never get bored of those analysis video, even after 5 views.

After watching some of these videos I was actually able to get several tips that helped me a lot in game, and its really well explained

Wouldn't it have been possible to counter it with a simple brawl lucio and speed onto their sigma? Since they miss a lucio they will be slower and since the orisa group is sort ranged, the only thing that will happen is a bit of poke from genji and orisa, but a bap should negate that damage. I dont mind the strat but I think it should have been better to have the sigma group consist of people with good vertical mobility so they could bait the other team in getting them off of highground, then getting back onto highground and poking them down from 2 sides. (highground and bridge)

I love these videos because I can get Overwatch content without the need to blow my brains out by playing the game.

They could’ve done a switch to symmetra. She isn’t particularly good but she’s effective against shields and her teleporter could’ve been used to get behind the Sigma stack and eliminate them

Personally, I would've put KSP on sym to flank Fielder and Hanbin, catching them even more off guard, and giving them a real chance

I think splitting apart their team to deal with the other groups would have worked better. 1 Hanzo dealing with the sigma and bap was never going to work
