ОтветитьOnce I stayed in Japanese Temple and had Kaiseki everyday because of no meat are allowed. Although I love meat but I did not miss any meat at all during staying temple.

Their food is so healthy. It’s like night and day to ours. Eggs and toast or oatmeal in the US. Now I know why they are all thin. Tons of veggies and fish.
