ОтветитьWatching these videos along with intermittent fasting....in just under a year i lost 40kg...not only did i feel amazing by losing the weight I also learned to maintain it and not gain over the xmas holidays..... Now i do 24hr fasts but I switch the times all the time so my body doesnt get complacent... Love this lifestyle.
ОтветитьI have no problem to skip dinner. I prefer to eat between 8am and 2pm. However 5pm till 6pm I’m going to gym and after I don’t eat at all. Is that okay??

ОтветитьThat's not correct and actually very very dangerous, you will be miss iodine selenium which will miss with your thyroid! You will lackb vitamins - you may have kidney stones unless you eat lemon everyday and lots of veggies, it is very complicated and not every person can just start it easily like you suggested

Ответитьcouple things... is the coffee with all that fat counted as the first meal at 12pm (do I really need to wait till 12 pm for coffee??? ) or... is a coffee loaded in fat still "fasting"??? and water? i don't think you mentioned water?

ОтветитьCan the vegetables be cooked, roasted. Fried, steamed without losing their health benefits? Everyday I tend to sautee huge anounts of celery, different radish, carrot, red onion, cabbages, kale, brissel sprouts, chard, collard greens, ginger, tumeric, maitake, lions mane, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, or should i go back to eating them raw. (i shred & juice them when i do) i am suffering from what I think is lipodema in my legs, fibromyalgia, and too much estrogen, sugar & alcohol overuse, I'm used to snacking all day long since im around food all day. I also eat lots of nuts, seeds and eggs, apples. Coconut oil, ACV, olive and avocado oil, butter, hummus I make from juicing pulp sesame & chickpeas. Love bread with meals, i eat 3 or more slices of Ezekiel a day

ОтветитьHello Dr Berg, I am severely allergic to alot of ykur food suggestions for keto and other things including: avocado (and the oil), olive oil, eggs, applecider vinegar and lemon juice.
What would you suggest I do?
I only got this allergic since I got sick bad starting with the stomach 3 years ago or so and never had these allergies before then half as much. No one else seems to help, thank you.
I really want to do keto though
