The tree fungus is actually called orange jelly fungus (dacrymyces chrysospermus) or it could be witches butter fungus

I’m saying this based off of my knowledge of fungi but I think that fungus is called “witches butter”. It’s not poisonous and is a buttery like substance if you rub it onto meals. Of course, always make sure something is edible before you eat it though.
