ОтветитьMy advice is to get a Self-directed ROTH that can invest in the stock market and in real estate. Do not make the mistake that I made with an SDIRA (with checkbook control) that cannot invest in the stock market. I can only loan money on real estate deals and buy real estate with my SDIRA.

I came for the Puerto Rico content. I stayed for the retirement mentality. I am trying to save for early retirement and will be buying rentals in Florida even though I’m on other side of the world. Most likely will buy my first one next year. But I watch you to stay motivated. Looking forward to the shirts. 👍🏾

Thank you! 👋 Loved the videos. I still have ways to go to retire but found myself in crossroads or my next milestone. Started to watch your videos because I was looking to buy a property in Puerto Rico. Your views on the subject are legit and honest. Living in Florida or Puerto Rico is not for everyone. If people like the mountains Florida is not the place.. as there are none, Puerto Rico has a lots of pros and cons. Again, thank you! Your videos have been very helpful. 👏🏼

What is the most valuable asset you involved in retirement planning? Oh, I’m sure that people will answer stocks, real estate, bonds, gold crypto, etc. No, I can tell you from experience that the most valuable asset in the world is TIME!!…..I started saving for retirement when I was 26 years old. I retired @ the end of 2022 with well over a million in the stock market and over a million dollars in paid for real estate. The most valuable retirement asset is TIME……
