I'm 64 and my blood pressure is 105-115/60-70 without medication.... my resting heart rate is 48-54 BPM.... no medication. Secret: Run at least 3 miles three times a week, I run almost every day 3-4 miles.

If you eat the complete seeds they might go through your intestines without doing anything (same as tomato seeds do as a way to be transported by animals)

The walk part is 3 brisk, ten to 15 minute walks daily. 3 separate aerobic sessions are better than one long one.

I remember taking a 15 lb add a check-up for my blood pressure years ago and the nurse made a flip comment that if I lost some weight it might help. Just as my doctor walked in who exclaimed, "Kitty you look great what have you been doing to lose weight." I went on to lose 40 lbs total and I've kept 36 off now for at least 10 years and my blood pressure moved not 1 mm of mercury. I was excited and did the same things that I recommend for my patients. Sometimes it's just essential hypertension.

Blood pressure is regulated by the arterioles. They control the amount of dilation and constriction which affects the blood pressure cuff reading done on the brachial artery. Eventually our blood finds itself in the capillary beds. Feel how soft your fingers are? This is very low pressure. You can actually read the oxygen level of your blood by using a fingertip pulse-oximeter. Keep in mind blood pressure cannot tell you the oxygen level of your blood which in fact is very important. If your oxygen level hits around 30 you probably can't even get stand up from your wheelchair. The only thing a blood pressure cuff is, is a highfalutin tourniquet. Blood oxygen level is much more important.🤔

Entertaining, but maybe these pair of clowns better stick to just shoulder and back exercises. The funniest thing some of the staff they unload on you is not really incorrect :-) . Start eating flax seed by tablespoons 🙂, likely it wont hurt you, even if wont help, either.

Hey bob and brad, GAIN 100 Pounds out of the blue, and then see your "good health" can get off blood pressure without losing the weight. Have to lose the weight first, and you don't tell them how to do that (insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, gut parasites, thyroid issues for those who were sensitive to Corporate America's food since the 1980s). Some people are thin, blood pressure is not their issue. Don't teach what is not your personal issue.

My BP readings can vary highly in the same sitting, one moment it can be 140, the next minute 110, another minute later I'm 130 and so on. And yes, I make sure it's under the same conditions and at the same time of the day/night.

I was a buyer at a natural health food co-op for 6 & 1/2 yrs, in the well dept. I've had lots of product training, etc..
Olive leaf capsules are good too. Not specifically for bp, but for immunity. They are antiviral, antimicrobial, & antifungal! A nice side effect is it also lowers your bo, so if on meds already, keep a chk on it so doesn't get to low. They're great to take during cold & flu season. Will definitely help if you get covid. There is research on it. Just Google it.

If you take flaxseed, make sure it's GROUND, before you do! It's much easier to digest, and you get more health benefits from it, as opposed to just passing the whole seeds through your system.

I buy ground. Flaxseed meal and add a tablespoon to about 1/8 cup of unsweetened juice juice. Goes down easy. It also has Omega 3 and fiber benefits.

At around 7.02 did it say his blood pressure was 140 and dropped down to 170 or did I hear wrong? I'm confused🤔
