Ответитьhello sir....in case we don't want to do mutation and just selling the inherited property on the basis of relinquishment deed even when there is a registered will and one person in the will leaves his share in favour of the other owner, or other family member can it be done.

And his 2 sons and 2 daughters also died
Now his two sons wife and their children are alive and 2 daughters children
Can all children release right in name of Son’s wife ?
Or it will be considered as gift deed in Haryana ?
My late grandfather has no will and he has 2 son with 2 daughter.Daughters don't have objection in newly built house for a particular plot but younger brother is creating ruckus for the plot.He wants share. But he has already got a similar plot at other place with much higher valuation.
1.Can sisters relinquish deed with big brother or gift deed with nephew to avoid future civil suit consequences ?
2.Does it require all co owners consent to transfer ownership from aunt to father ?

Aur क्या relinquishment deed के बिना ही केवल एनओसी के आधार पर प्रॉपर्टी केवल एक उत्तराधिकारी प्रॉपर्टी बेच सकता है और
एनओसी में date को काट कर दूसरी लिखी गई है तो ये हेरा फेरी नहीं है.
