For people doubting this solution, I want to repeat my reply to an earlier comment, but less hostilely.

The files in question (Startupchecklibrary.dll/Winscomrssv.dll) are remnants of malware that once infected your PC. The files were probably quickly quarantined by your anti virus software, but the autorun listings keys in the registry remained.

Now, every time your computer boots, the autorun keys trigger, but obviously the files aren't there anymore, and you get these two error messages. But there's nothing dangerous about missing them, as they're NOT a part of Windows DLLs. Even if you deleted the autorun listings and you still HAD the malware, you wouldn't remove the files (and the malware..)

As a general rule, if you ever find yourself missing a DLL, consider if 1) it is supposed to be there in the first place and 2) IF it is, reinstall Windows instead of downloading them from shady websites.

A great (built in) tool for checking if your DLLs are signed and you have all of them is sfc. What you do is open up a command line (search cmd in the start menu), right click it and run it as an administrator and write "sfc /scannow" without the quotes. This checks your files against the official ones and fixes missing/corrupted DLLs.

Thanks for the video @FixTechGaming, keep doing what you're doing! Sorry you have to deal with people telling you it's a bad solution, when it's the second best solution next to doing a reinstall/reset.
