why not put the catalytic converter upright and tap steam off the top? maybe a slightly longer tube while you're at it? keep all the liquid on the catalyst.

First improvement I would make is the bearings, upgrade to a set of Abec-8 high speed sealed bearings. Next design a mill a Delavan nozzle for the output of the turbine to increase the exhaust steam and produce forward thrust. Next increase the overall volume of the expansion chamber and mount it vertically to minimize liquid waste and increase usage overall. There is a massive amount of potential for this design. Bravo Integza 👏 Mr.Tesla would be very proud of you.

I know this is an old video, but to reduce the waste out the turbine try putting an atomizer meant for water misting. However don’t use the cheap ones, try the ones from Snow Performance that are used at 300 psi. In theory…the H2O2 would start slower but get better control as well as better “economy” from the consumables.

Rather than pumping the Hydrogen peroxide, use an air blower and Venturi effect to draw the liquid and break it into small droplets entering the reaction chamber, feed back from steam pressure to replace blower fan once operational

What if u stand up the decomposing chamber so the outlet is upward facing. Which could inturn shorten the rubber tubing.

If you split the reaction chamber in 2, you'll have less peroxide blown away with the exhaust, it would use the second chamber to post-process the exhaust. As for the turbine, you're making a glorified turbo. Using a design more reflective of what you'd see in a turbo would likely vastly improve its efficiency

My recommendations for MO POWAH BABY!:
1. Use a higher concentration of peroxide. V2 used 70%+. You don't have to go that high but you can should be able to find up to 13% cosmetic grade.
2. You neglected to add a nozzle to the aft of the catalyst. You still need a nozzle. Laval types work best.
3. You should clean the catalyst first. Any type of soot remover should work fine.

If you do all that, you should be getting at least 1 or 2mj/kg of energy, minus conversion losses.

I might recommend that you attempt to use a steam-dome like apparatus to separate H202 from steam. Perhaps you could draw inspiration from a boiler used by soda or chemical reaction locomotives.

Could you install the Catalyser vertical and inject the Peroxide from the bottom? Should let you fill it up completely and minimise the leakage through the turbine :)
