How To Complete The Ralis Channel Crystal Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (STEP-BY-STEP)

Almost to the shrine my board got stuck on the wall. To the right was a room with the Bubble frog. So don't miss it.

I was running around the other cave nearby going absolutely insane, thank you!

I have a question, I connected the crystal to the shrine before I examined it. How to I get the shrine quest so it marks it as complete.
