I have a smd resistor which i checked in buzzer mode for ohm resistance. When i touch both ends it is constantly beeping and it shows 26 Ohms declining to 22 Ohms. On the smd resistor there is a number that shows 30%. Can someone help me. Is it a bad resistor? I am a beginner. And i started to refuse to throw things away just because a component worth of 20 cents is bad. Thank you in advance!

THEY ARE NOT FUSES! They are kind of jumpers called zero ohm links. 😮 That’s why they are marked with R designation on the PCB.

You sure all of them are being used for fuses? A lot of your examples look like they're being used as wire links or acting as option jumpers.

I'm trying to find a fuse that I could take off a motherboard to replace on a different board.

So all the black components with the white letters or numbers are fuses?
