Do you think the 95% DCI-P3 would be noticeably different on the UP over the UN? I ordered a UN but am wondering if I should cancel and reorder the UP? It's like $35 more and I honestly don't know if I need it or not.

Back is plastic whether it Hold up over time, you think this relevant today, the life cycle of this product is about 2-4 years plastic cannot hold up less than 4yrs, think again. Most owners will get rid of them within 4years of ownership.

Have you had the chance to test out the ASUS ProArt PA279CV in connection with a Macbook? I'm literally trying to choose between the Asus and the LG 27UN850 but would prefer a direct comparison review to make up my mind.

How is HDR on the LG?. I mean when you output HDR10 video signal to it, I had the predecessor of this monitor (27UL850N) and when I outputted HDR signal to it from my computer it always started being very magenta and completely fricked up the colours. When i'd switch back to SDR signal the colour would revert to normal. This made it unusable for HDR even though it had VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. Does this problem exist on this monitor too?

Can I ask you I have a Apple Studio monitor and want to get a second monitor however don’t want to buy another Apple monitor. I intend to use the dual monitor for FCP one monitor for the footage and the other for the time line and editing. I use the LG IPS LED 22MP55 which is old and just 1080p and I have a MacBook so planning for a new 4k monitor but kind of out of budget, especially when you are a student and have loans to pay.

So kind of happy with what I have right now!!!

Why not the LG 27UN880 ergo? Before there was only the 32 inch version and since last year there is also a 27 inch version. Is it worse than the UN850?
